UK Delivery
We deliver to all postal areas within the UK. This includes England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. Prices include postage and packing.
UK orders over £60 – FREE Standard UK delivery.
Standard UK delivery: £3.50, 3-5 working days (excluding December – please see Christmas last dispatch deadlines below). Usually delivered by Royal Mail.
If a parcel is over a certain weight, it will be delivered by courier, usually DPD local and it will require a signature.
First Class UK delivery: £4.50, approx. 1-3 working days (excluding December – please see Christmas last dispatch deadlines below).
Express UK delivery: Only available to UK Mainland excluding Highlands – £6.90, next working day if item(s) in stock. Your order must be placed before 12pm the day before (Monday-Friday only excl. Bank Holiday). After 12pm, your order is not guaranteed to be dispatched the same day. A signature is required. Please provide your mobile number at checkout.
Orders received at weekends and Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
We cannot guarantee delivery within these timeframes, and they are an indication only. Your order may be delayed if we do not have the full and correct delivery details, including postcode.
During busy periods, there is a chance your order may be slightly delayed.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives. You will only be charged once per order so if your order is part-shipped, you will not be charged for the delivery of the item(s) on back order.
For Express delivery please use a delivery address where someone is available to sign for your delivery. If no-one is available, you may need to contact the courier company or collect from the local depot although the courier company should attempt to deliver your parcel twice before returning to us. Please note that all delivery charges are subject to change should the weight or size of the parcel require further postage to be paid. We will contact you before dispatching your parcel should this be the case.
